Reasons why the bike hasn't gotten registered as delivered

When you park a bike, the app will give you a confirmation when it's registered as delivered. 

What to do

If you have not received the confirmation, you can go through these five simple steps:

  1. Check if the bike is stuck in the lock. Wait until the light next to the lock has stopped flashing and try to pull it out.

  2. If the lights are not flashing and the bike is stuck, try pulling it out a little harder to make sure that it is in fact locked.

  3. Still not parked? Try to lift up the seat and hold it up for a couple of seconds. Check the app for confirmation.

  4. Does not budge? Send us a message with the name of the station and number of the lock, we will take a look at it!

  5. Is the light next to the lock red and the bike is stuck? Send us a message with the name of the station and number of the lock, we will take a look at it.

  6. Take a look in the app to see if the station shows up. If the station does not show, it is out of service and the bike will not be registered delivered. You still need to check that the bike is locked to the station. If it is, send us a message with the name of the station and number of the lock, we will take a look at it.
