A city bike takes a lot of trips throughout the day, and needs some service during the season. If you get a bike with shortcomings, we will be happy if you let us know about it!
How to report a bike as broken?
- After the trip, you can report the shortcoming in the app
- Send us a message in the app or on Facebook. Let us know the name of the bike and what's wrong with it.
- A bike will register itself as broken after it has been parked three times with short intervals. Then it will lock itself to the station.
A little tip
If you see a bike where there is a red blinking cross next to it, the bike is already registered as broken, and we will pick it up as soon as we can.
